2. OUR SERVICES: LEARNING MATERIAL

All users must first create an account on the website www.onlinedesignmadeeasy.com before they are able to access and download any of the content available or book any consulting sessions. This will require you to enter some personal information, as well as a username and password that must be unique to you for security reasons. Once users have an account, they will be able to fully access the e-shop and make purchases. All users must agree that they will not reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any of the material that they buy on this website. Anyone found to be doing this could have their account suspended immediately.

3. OUR SERVICES: CONSULTANCY

All descriptions of our consultancy services are intended as a guideline only as all teaching methods will vary with this service. All consultancy services are conducted via video learning online. These services are billed at $35.00 per hour. These charges will be paid before the call begins and you will be limited to the amount of time you have paid for. For example, if you book a session for an hour and a half, you will be charged $52.50.

4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

All users must agree to provide accurate and complete billing information in order to complete purchases for any of the services or goods on this website. If any of your account information or contact information changes, then you must be responsible for updating this on your account at www.onlinedesignmadeeasy.com immediately so that we may contact you if needed as well as continue to provide you with products and services. If you fail to keep your account information updated, then this may result in an immediate termination of our services to you.

All our payments are handled by our payment processor who are PCI compliant, all credit card information is handled securely via SSL. When you purchase a product or service from us you must pay in full. All payments can be found on your bank statement with the billing descriptor ODME, Kenya.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELATIONS

The website www.onlinedesignmadeeasy.com offers a no-refund policy. However, refunds will be considered in some rare circumstances. These include if the product you have received is the wrong item, or if the product you have downloaded is faulty or differs greatly from its product description, then you may be entitled to a refund at our sole discretion.

To be eligible for a refund then you must contact the customer service team within seven days. Any refund requests that are submitted beyond this date will not be accepted.

6. DELIVERY

All products will be sent as soon as the payment process has been approved and will be sent to the email address instantly. Some larger files may take longer to arrive. If you completed an order and more than 48 hours have passed and you have still not received your products, then please get in touch with us and someone will come back to you as soon as possible to rectify this.

If you contact us about our consultancy services, then we will get back to you within 48 hours to arrange your sessions.

We do not warrant that the results that could be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
